1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for appointment, dismissal and certification of heads of the state higher educational institutions" of July 29, 2022 No. 418 the following change:

in Regulations on the procedure for appointment, dismissal and certification of heads of the state higher educational institutions approved by the above-stated resolution:

"3. The following documents are attached to idea of appointment of the recommended candidate for position of the head of the state higher educational institution having the status "national":

1) personal leaf on registration of personnel;

2) list of scientific works;

3) originals of education documents, academic degree and rank according to the qualification requirements approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic;

4) original of the service record;

5) perspective plan of development of higher education institution;

6) other documents confirming the qualification requirements approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
