1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of temporary ban on evacuation of farm animals (cattle, horses, sheep and goats) from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 20, 2025 No. 506 the following changes:
- add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:
"-the live cattle specified in this Item, exported by the state operator - Kyrgyz Agroholding open joint stock company.";
- add with Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. Determine that the paragraph the fifth Item 1 of this resolution becomes effective since September 10, 2025.".
2. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to notify Committee on protective measures of the World Trade Organization and the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of the temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic no later than three days from the effective date of this resolution in accordance with the established procedure to notify Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on introduction of the temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
