37) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"37) the service provider on anti-icing processing of aircrafts - the operator of the airport (airfield), independent service provider of land servicing, the operator of the aircraft who perform activities for anti-icing processing of aircrafts or its separate stages;";
state Item 14 in the following edition:
"14. The authorized organization in the field of civil aviation provides:
1) control of activities of operators of aircrafts and service providers on anti-icing processing regarding ensuring anti-icing protection of the aircraft on the earth;
