About modification and amendments in orders of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 13, 2019 No. 73 "About approval of Rules of implementation of activities by subjects of natural monopolies" and of November 19, 2019 No. 90 "About approval of Rules of forming of rates"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 13, 2019 No. 73 "About approval of Rules of implementation of activities by subjects of natural monopolies" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 19242) the following amendment:

in Rules of implementation of activities by subjects of the natural monopolies approved by the specified order:

add with Item 50-1 of the following content:

The subject of natural monopoly conducts procurement by means of the information system of electronic procurement integrated with information system of National chamber of entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) information system of authorized body in the field of public procurements (Single platform of purchases).";

2. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 19, 2019 No. 90 "About approval of Rules of forming of rates" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 19617) the following changes:

in Rules of forming of the rates approved by the specified order:
