Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 17, 2016 No. 1053 "About approval of requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) of system of the state material reserve and form of the material safety data sheet of these objects (territories)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 43, Art. 6031; 2017, No. 28, Art. 4150; 2024, No. 16, Art. 2239).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 17, 2016 No. 1053

1. In requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) of system of the state material reserve approved by the specified resolution:

a) to add the subitem "b" of Item 17 after words of "the pilotless device" with words "(if technically possible)";

b) Item 19 in paragraph one to replace the word "Protection" with the word "Protection";

c) to add Item 29 after the words "in the location of object (territory)" with words ", the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation (if necessary)";

d) the paragraph one of Item 34 to state in the following edition:

"34. Updating of the material safety data sheet of object (territory) is performed according to the procedure, established for its development.".

2. In the form of the material safety data sheet of objects (territories) of the system of the state material reserve approved by the specified resolution:

a) add the title page with line item of the following content:
