About modification of the Order of the Government No. 652/2011 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out tender on selection of residents and investment projects for the industrial park and the Standard report on implementation of activities in the industrial park

Based on part (5) Articles 15, parts (2) Article 16 and part (1) article 19 of the Law No. 182/2010 on industrial parks (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 155-158, 561), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 652/2011 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out tender on selection of residents and investment projects for the industrial park and the Standard report on implementation of activities in the industrial park (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 148-151, 723), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. to add Item 1 of the resolution with the subitem 3) of the following content:

"3) Methodology of calculation of payment for maintenance of technological infrastructure, according to appendix No. 21.";

1.2. in appendix No. 1:

1.2.1. in all text "calendar" to exclude the word;

1.2.2. in Item 3:

1.2.2.1. in the subitem 1) the word "specialization" to replace with the word "category";

1.2.2.2. 3) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"3) need of ensuring environmental protection for all product lifecycle which will be received by residents, in particular, by means of:

a) waste recycling and prevention of pollution on blueprint stage;

b) assistance to circulation of substances and to recovery of natural resources;

c) permanent application of strategy of prevention of impact on the environment at the level of production processes;

d) applications of measures for increase in energy efficiency;

e) developments of effective strategy of waste management;
