About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 7, 2024 No. 1510

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 7, 2024 No. 1510 "About carrying out experiment on approbation of rules and conditions of entry into the Russian Federation and departure from the Russian Federation of foreign citizens and stateless persons" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 47, the Art. 7114).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 7, 2024 No. 1510

1. Add Item 1 with the subitem "v" of the following content:

"c) during the period from 00 hours 00 minutes on December 1, 2025 till 23 hours 59 minutes on June 30, 2026 local time if technically possible at the check points through frontier of the Russian Federation specified in the subitem "b" of this Item - regarding approbation of rules and conditions of entry into the Russian Federation and departure from the Russian Federation the foreign citizens and stateless persons provided by Rules of the organization of experiment for the purpose of collection of biometric personal data of foreign citizens and stateless persons when crossing of frontier of the Russian Federation by them through the specified check points through frontier of the Russian Federation.".

2. In Item 2:

a) in paragraph one of the word "in subitems "an" and "b" of Item 1" shall be replaced with words "in subitems "an" - "in" Item 1";

b) add with the subitem "z" of the following content:

"h) employees of Intergovernmental courier communication.".
