About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2021 No. 1100

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on federal state sanitary and epidemiologic control (supervision) approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2021 No. 1100 "About federal state sanitary and epidemiologic control (supervision)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 28, the Art. 5530).

Changes which are made to Regulations on federal state sanitary and epidemiologic control (supervision)

1. State Item 27 in the following edition:

"27. The Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare and Federal Medical Biological Agency keep the list of objects of control in the unified register of types of federal state control (supervision), regional state control (supervision), municipal control.

The decision on reference of object of control to category of risk within implementation of the state control (supervision) is made by signing of data on object of control with indication of the information about controlled person, the description of object of control and the appropriated category of risk in the list of objects of control.".

2. Items 35 - 37 to state in the following edition:

"35. Planned control (supervising) events are held concerning the objects of control specified in subitems "an" and "v" of Item 12 of this provision, except as specified, stipulated in Item the 36th this provision depending on the appropriated category of risk with the following frequency:

a) for category of extremely high risk - once a year one of the following control (supervising) events:

exit check;

documentary check;

raid survey;

selective control;
