2) registers loss of nationality of the Republic of Kazakhstan by persons living outside the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) accessory (not belonging) to nationality of the Republic of Kazakhstan determines persons living outside the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) notifies persons who are constantly living outside the Republic of Kazakhstan on the decision made by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning nationality.".

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
