1. Recommend to NKRE to establish for action of single retail tariffs in the procedure determined by it for the coal-mining companies according to appendix retail rate for electrical energy as for consumers of 1 class of tension in case of carrying out by them in full the current calculations for electrical energy.

2. Submit to Minugleprom monthly to the 10th of NKRE information on condition of calculations for electrical energy the coal-mining companies noted in appendix.

3. This order becomes effective since June 1, 2007.
