About modification of some regulations of National Bank of Moldova (the requirement connected with credit transfers and approval of the subject of audit)

1. In the Regulations about credit transfer, direct debiting and assignment of the IBAN codes approved by the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 108/2023 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, No. 220-222, the Art. 632) registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1803 of June 22, 2023 to make the following changes:

1.1. in Item 1 "interbank" to replace the word with the word of "internal";

1.2. in Item 2 the text "Items 1, of 3, the 4th subitems of 2)-9), 12)-14), 16), and 22), 5, Chapter V, Chapter VI and appendix No. 6 are applied to credit transfers and direct debiting in euro within the Single zone of payments in euro (further - SEPA)," to replace with the text "For transactions on credit transfer and direct debiting in euro within the Single zone of payments in euro (further - SEPA), Items 1, of 3, the 4th subitems of 2)-9), 12)-14), 16)-18), and 22), 5, Chapter V, Chapter VI and appendix No. 6 are applied only";

1.3. add Item 3 with the subitem 31) of the following content:

"31) LEI (Legal Entity Identifier) - as it is determined in item 3 of Regulations about requirements in the field of the prevention and anti-money laundering and financing of the terrorism in activities of banks approved by the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 200/2018;";
