This resolution partially shifts the Executive regulations of the Commission (EU) 2019/1715 of September 30, 2019 establishing rules of functioning of client information control system for official control and its system components (Regulations of IMSOC), CELEX: 32019R1715, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 261 of October 14, 2019, with the last changes made by Executive regulations of the Commission (EU) 2021/547 of March 29, 2021.

1. In the Order of the Government No. 59/2017 about measures for enforcement of system of the bystry notification for foodstuff and sterns for animals at the national level (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 40-49, 105), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. add the resolution with formula of harmonization of the following content:

"This resolution partially shifts the Executive regulations of the Commission (EU) 2019/1715 of September 30, 2019 establishing rules of functioning of client information control system for official control and its system components (Regulations of IMSOC), CELEX: 32019R1715, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 261 of October 14, 2019, with the last changes made by Executive regulations of the Commission (EU) 2021/547 of March 29, 2021.";

1.2. in Measures:

1.2.1. to exclude formula of harmonization;

1.2.2. state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. These Measures establish the special conditions and procedures applied concerning transfer of notifications and the additional information in System of the bystry notification on foodstuff and sterns to animal (RASFF) according to part (9) article 26 of the Law No. 306/2018 on safety of foodstuff.";
