About modification of some orders of the Government (reduction in compliance of the regulatory base in the field of protection of children)

Based on part (2) Article 5 and part (2) article 9 of the Law No. 99/2010 on legal regime of adoption (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 131-134, 441), with subsequent changes, and article 6 of the Law No. 315/2016 on social payments on children (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 19-23, 56), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 550/2011 about approval of the Regulations on the procedure of accreditation and functioning of the foreign organizations with powers for the international adoption in the Republic of Moldova, and the list of services and types of activity which they can perform in the field of the international adoption (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 122-127, 622), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in all text of the resolution and appendices the text "Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Labour and Social Protection" in the corresponding grammatical form;

1.2. in appendix No. 1:

1.2.1. in Item 10 "on February 15" to replace the text with the text "on March 1";

1.2.2. in Item 20 "on January 31" to replace the text with the text "on February 15";

1.2.3. declare appendix No. 2 invalid.

2. In the Order of the Government No. 560/2011 about creation of the Advisory board on adoption and approval of the Regulations on its activities (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 122-127, 632), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
