About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning support of the companies of defense industry complex, refining of procedure for accomplishment of separate customs procedures and in article 3-2 of the Law of Ukraine "About some questions of import to customs area of Ukraine and carrying out the first state registration of vehicles" concerning distribution of requirements of compliance to environmental standards of separate vehicles

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Customs code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, Art. No. No. 44-48, 552) such changes:

1. The fifth Article 11 to add part with the paragraph the eighth the following content:
