1. In the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 29, 2020 No. 69 "About approval of rules of rendering the state services in enforcement proceeding questions" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 20836) to make the following change:

For issue/renewal of the license for occupation activities of the private legal executive levy the license fee for the occupation right by separate types of activity which according to article 616 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 18, 2025 constitutes: 1) licensing – 6 monthly settlement indicators; 2) renewal of the license – 10% of rate when licensing. Payment for rendering the state service is performed on cash and (or) clearing settlement through the banks of the second level and the organization performing separate types of banking activities which issue the document (receipt) confirming the size and payment date, or PShEP. |
