Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 10, 2019 No. 497 "About measures for implementation of Presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 17, 2019 No. 17 and of July 1, 2019 No. 46 "About measures for further enhancement of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendments:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

add with subitems 53-3), 53-4) and 53-5) of the following content:
"53-3) development of requirements to forming, method of calculation of insurance reserves according to the insurance contracts, reinsurance concluded by Export credit agency of Kazakhstan, their structure and approval them in coordination with authorized body on regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations;
53-4) development of the list, forms, terms and procedure for submission of the reporting by Export credit agency of Kazakhstan under the conclusion and execution of insurance contracts, reinsurance and approval them in coordination with authorized body on regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations, authorized body in the field of ensuring receipts of taxes and payments in the budget, authorized body in the field of tax policy;
