1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of December 10, 2014 No. 93 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for creation and activities of medical and consulting and other commissions" the following changes:

state preamble in the following edition:
"Based on part six of article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 1993 No. 2435-XII "About health care", No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures" the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts two of Item 2 of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008";
add the resolution with Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. Establish form of the conclusion of the medical and consulting commission according to appendix.";
add the resolution with appendix it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2010 No. 83 "About establishment of form of the conclusion of the medical and consulting commission and recognition No. 103 which voided resolutions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of June 4, 2008".
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
