"The licensed commission of the subject of the Russian Federation provided by body of the state housing supervision based on the decision (further - the licensed commission)" shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 1 Article 192 of the word "the decision about which provision is made by body of the state housing supervision according to the procedure, stipulated in Clause 194 of this Code";

2) regarding 1 Article 193:

a) in Item 2 of the word "availability at" shall be replaced with words "availability in the unified federal register of competence certificates of record about the made decision on provision of the competence certificate in the relation", to exclude words of "competence certificate";

b) add with Item 6.4 of the following content:

"6. 4) compliance of the licensee, license applicant to requirements to the personnel and material logistics of the licensee, license applicant established by the Government of the Russian Federation which can be provided including availability of the current agreement (contracts) for rendering services and (or) performance of works;";
