Paragraph one of part two to state 2) in the following edition:
"2. The violation of procedure for activities of the foreign agent which is commited by person, subjected to administrative punishment for making of any of the administrative offenses provided by parts 2 - the 9th article 19.34 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences, or having criminal record for crime execution, provided by this Article, -".
