The preventive visit is conducted at the initiative of body of regional state construction supervision (obligatory preventive visit) or at the initiative of controlled person in the form of preventive conversation in the place of implementation of activities of controlled person or by use of video conferencing or the Inspector mobile application according to Articles 52 - 52.2 Federal Laws.

The obligatory preventive visit is conducted according to the order:

President of the Russian Federation;
