1. Bring in the order of the Minister of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 16, 2024 No. 653/Tax Code "About Approval of Rules of Realization of Automation of the State Functions and Rendering the State Services Following from Them by Development and Placement of Platform Software Products" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 35279) the following changes:
in Rules of realization of automation of the state functions and rendering the state services following from them by development and placement of the platform software products approved by the specified order:
state Item 8 in the following edition:
"8. In case of availability of the planned automation of activities in the electronic register of business processes which reengineering will be performed according to Rules of digital transformation the Initiator of automation sends inquiry to the service integrator for possibility of its realization by development of PPP.
The service integrator within five working days reviews request and submits to the Initiator of automation recommendations of need of forming for the automated activities by development of PPP:
1) the description of target option of process in the notation of BPMN;
2) basic parameters for calculation of cost of development of PPP.
In case of impossibility of automation of activities by development of PPP the service integrator submits to the Initiator of automation recommendations with indication of different ways of automation of activities.";
