About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of August 15, 2012 No. 126
Based on part six of article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012 "About rendering mental health services" the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 349-Z
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of August 15, 2012 No. 126 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for rendering emergency mental health services" the following changes:
state the name in the following edition: "About procedure for rendering emergency mental health services";
from word preamble", subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446," to exclude;
to state item 4 of the Instruction about procedure for rendering the emergency mental health services approved by this resolution in the following edition:
"4. Emergency mental health services are given based on clinical protocols, and also other regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Health establishing procedure for the organization and delivery of health care on profiles of diseases, conditions, syndromes or methods of delivery of health care.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
