1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus of February 19, 2018 No. 5 "About approval of Aviation rules of the organization of state registration of the state aircrafts of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
from the name and Item 1 of the word "Republic of Belarus" to exclude;
state preamble in the following edition:
"Based on part four of article 6 of the Air code of the Republic of Belarus the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";
The aviation rules of the organization of state registration of the state aircrafts of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution to be reworded as follows (are attached).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
