Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) in the field of consumer protection approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 25, 2021 No. 1005 "About approval of the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) in the field of consumer protection" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 27, Art. 5392; 2023, No. 43, Art. 7730; 2024, No. 46, Art. 6967).

Changes which are made to Regulations on federal state control (supervision) in the field of consumer protection

1. In Item 3:

a) in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "specified in subitems "an" and "b" of item 4" "specified in subitems "an" - "in" item 4 of this provision";

b) word in paragraph three "subitems "v" - Item 6" shall be replaced with words "subitems "v" - "з" Item 6 of this provision".
