I. Purposes

1. Determine the main target indicators of adoption of this resolution:

(a) increase in financial independence of 160 public institutions "Suv etkazib berish of hizmata", implementation in them flexible management system states and strengthening of their material and technical resources;

(b) transfer to management in 2026 on the basis of public-private partnership of 50 percent of pumping points in the Jizzakh, Kashkadarya, Navoiy, Namangan, Samarkand and Syr Darya regions;

(c) providing until the end of 2027 transfer to management on the basis of public-private partnership of 100 percent of pumping points in the Namangan region taking into account model experiment of this area on transfer to management on the basis of public-private partnership of objects of water economy;

(d) creation within the School of Water-transport Workers project in 141 regions of educational field camps on at least 3,5 thousand hectares of land;

(e) within the pilot project realized in Dustliksky district on water resources management and transparent conducting their accounting:

(i) implementation of transparent observation of water consumption and the used water amount 437 farms, delivery of the allocated water resources within the set limits;

(ii) installation of 1 804 "smart" metering devices of water, and also economy to 107 million cubic meters or 33 percent of water resources a year;

(iii) concreting of the site of irrigating networks 159 km long and reduction in technically serviceable condition of the site of irrigating networks 541 km long.
