For the purpose of the solution of questions of land amnesty, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of acts in the field of public health care" of April 11, 2016 No. 201 the following changes:

1) in appendix 3 to the above-stated resolution:

- to add the table 1 of Item 66 with the note of the following content:

"Note: by consideration of questions of provision of the property rights within land amnesty to the parcels of land located in residential array of "Umut" of the city of Bishkek, the SPZ size from South side of sewer treatment facilities it is established in the amount of at least 250 meters, irrespective of performance of treatment facilities.";

2) in appendix 22 to the above-stated resolution:

- add Item 191 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Concerning the individual apartment houses which are self-willedally built close cemeteries, the sanitary protection zone is established in the amount of at least 10 meters.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
