For the purpose of ensuring smooth functioning of the Single system of accounting of external migration, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the means levied for rendering consular services" of December 18, 2012 No. 839 the following change:

in the Regulations on the means levied for rendering consular services, approved by the above-stated resolution:

"27. Means in the amount of 15% of the amount which arrived into the special account the MFA due to rendering paid services by means of use of the Single system of accounting of external migration go to the income of the republican budget for proportional financing of the State committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic regarding compensation of the material costs connected with maintenance, content and upgrade of the specified information system, strengthening of material and technical resources, and also stimulation of employees which activities are connected with providing this information system.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
