For the purpose of creation of necessary infrastructure and providing steady and regular supply of road-building industry with fuels and lubricants and other types of oil products, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of delivery of fuels and lubricants and other types of oil products for the separate state companies and economic societies where 50 and more percent of share in the authorized capital belong to the state, including their affiliated economic societies" of July 1, 2025 No. 384 the following changes:
1) Item 2 to add with subitems 3, 4 following of content:
"3) together with the jurisdictional state enterprises to create necessary infrastructure for providing steady and regular supply of road-building industry with fuels and lubricants and other types of oil products;
4) in case of development of the title list for 2025-2026 to provide financial resources for implementation of actions, following from this resolution.";
To add 2) with Item 6-1 of the following content:
"6-1. Determine that the subitem 4 of Item 1 of this resolution is subject to application since May 1, 2026.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
