About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of notarial activities" of December 29, 2023 No. 733

For the purpose of implementation of Chapter 15-1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About notariate", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of notarial activities" of December 29, 2023 No. 733 the following changes:

in the Instruction about procedure for making of notarial actions by notaries of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add Item 48 with the paragraph of the following content:

"The notary has the right to study the submitted documents to be convinced of legality and feasibility of making of notarial action, within two working days after the address of the applicant.";

- add Item 56 with the paragraph of the following content:

"The corrected document is entered into the EISN system by scanning and attached in the electronic register.";

- the paragraph one of Item 76 to state in the following edition:

"76. In column 1 of the register of registration of notarial actions unique number of notarial action of the electronic register which is specified in the corresponding certifying text on documents is on paper introduced.";

- to state paragraph two of Item 133 in the following edition:

"In addition to the title document for alienable real estate the notary attaches the statement from the Unified State Register of Rights on real estate or the state portal of electronic services.";
