PRESIDENTIAL DECREE OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

About recognition voided some presidential decrees of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of ensuring activities of state bodies and local government bodies, according to Articles 66, I decide 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. Recognize invalid:

1) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for expense optimization of the republican budget, increase in efficiency of use of budgetary funds by state bodies and local government bodies" of December 2, 2021 No. 541;

2) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for expense optimization of the republican budget, increase in efficiency of use of budgetary funds by state bodies and local government bodies" of December 2, 2021 No. 541" of April 5, 2022 No. 103;

3) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for expense optimization of the republican budget, increase in efficiency of use of budgetary funds by state bodies and local government bodies" of December 2, 2021 No. 541" of November 16, 2023 No. 298;

4) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for expense optimization of the republican budget, increase in efficiency of use of budgetary funds by state bodies and local government bodies" of December 2, 2021 No. 541 and recognition voided some presidential decrees of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 13, 2024 No. 154.

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of official publication.
