About additional measures for expansion of use of space data in industries of economy and to enhancement of management system in the lower links of agricultural industry

For the purpose of increase in efficiency in economy industries, including in production of agricultural products, rational use of natural resources and management of them, I decide developments of monitoring of climate change and environmental protection, and also strengthening of control in the field of power:

I. Purposes

1. Determine main objectives of expansion of use of space data in economy industries:

(a) the organization of carrying out the state space monitoring at least three times a year for the purpose of advance identification of violations of the law in spheres of geology, land relations and ecology;

(b) minimization of human factor in management processes by acceleration of implementation of the mechanisms of remote control, increase in accuracy of the data created on places;

(c) review, updating of borders and cards of the territories of hydromodular areas, increase in efficiency in spheres of rural and water farms;

(d) transition to system of work on the actual amounts of water by installation of devices of measurement of water level and their integration into space data.

II. Expansion of use of space data

2. Determine that since January 1, 2026 the Agency of space researches and technologies under the Ministry of digital technologies (further - the Agency) will carry out the state space monitoring at least three times a year for the purpose of identification of the following cases:

(a) in the field of geology - unauthorized use of natural resources, including exit out of limits of the site specified in allowing documents;

(b) in the field of land relations - unauthorized capture of the parcels of land, and also construction on them of buildings and constructions;

(c) in the field of ecology - exit for the established borders of the existing storage locations of waste, and also illegal formation of new zones for waste.
