I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of agricultural industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 27, 2015 No. 18-04/148 "About approval of Rules of fishery" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 10606) the following changes and amendments:

in the Rules of fishery (further - Rules) approved by the specified order:

Action of Item 8, of subitems 1), 3), 6), 9), 10), 11) and 12) of Item 9, of subitems 2), 3), 4), 6), 12), 18) and 19) of Item 10, Chapter 3 of these rules does not extend to fishery reservoirs and (or) sites for implementation of lake and commodity economic activity according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About aquaculture".

3. Fishery on the reservoirs which are part of especially protected natural territories with the status of the legal entity is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About especially protected natural territories".";

"5-1) permission to use of fish resources and other water animals (further - permission) - the document of the established form granting the right to physical persons and legal entities on use of fish resources and other water animals, and also on export and realization of the caught fishes and other water animals, their parts and derivatives, including fishing trophies;";
