According to Item 5 of the Procedure for use in 2007 of the means provided in the government budget for partial compensation of loan interest rates which are provided to subjects of the small and medium business for implementation of investment projects approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 20.04.2007 of N 634, I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure and conditions of carrying out tenders, the list of the documents necessary for partial compensation of loan interest rates which are provided to subjects of small and medium business on implementation of investment projects which is applied.
2. (Korniychuk V. G.) to provide to development department of entrepreneurship and international cooperation provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and finishing it to permission of territorial authorities of the State Committee of Ukraine on Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman G. M. Bilous.
