Make changes to appendix 2 to criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity on medical practice is estimated and frequency of holding the planned actions of the state supervision (control) by the Ministry of Health approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 18, 2018 No. 1163 is determined (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 4, of the Art. 115), having stated in edition which is applied.
