For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About compulsory insurance of premises from the fire and natural disasters", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of acts in the field of compulsory insurance of premises from the fire and natural disasters" of September 13, 2023 No. 473 the following change:
in Rules of compulsory insurance of premises from the fire and the natural disasters approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add with Items 16-1, 16-2 of the following content:
"16-1. In case of transition of the property right to insured premises from the insurer to other person validity of compulsory insurance of premises (insurance policy) remains for the new owner in automatic procedure before the termination of term of its action.
16-2. The new owner of premises has the right to sign at own discretion the contract of compulsory insurance of premises with other insurer.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
