1. "2) railway transport of oil products with codes of the CN FEA EEU 2710 12, except for export of light distillate (code of the CN FEA EEU 2710 12 110 9), gasoline (the CN FEA EEU 2710 12 450 0, 2710 12 490 0, 2710 12 412 0, 2710 12 413 0) according to the delivery plans approved according to Item 7 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state regulation of production and turnover of separate types of oil products" and also export of oil products within humanitarian assistance according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.".
2. To committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministries for Home Affairs and Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the competence to take necessary measures for ensuring execution of Item 1 of this order in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To department of transportation and oil refining of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to notify the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan on need in accordance with the established procedure to inform the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of the prohibitions specified in Item 1 of this order.
4. To provide to department of transportation and oil refining of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
