"124-1) develops and approves the list of the oil products delivered by the single operator on supply of oil products;";

add with subitems 388-1), 388-2), 388-3), 388-4), 388-5), 388-6), 388-7), 388-8), 388-9), 388-10), 388-11), 388-12), 388-13), 388-14), 388-15), 388-16) and 388-17) of the following content:

"388-1) develops and approves technique of determination of the list and calculation of amounts of the goods necessary for accomplishment of the mobilization order in the respective sphere, in coordination with authorized body in the field of mobilization preparation;

388-2) carries out requirements analysis of the organizations having the mobilization order according to technique of determination of the list and calculation of amounts of the goods necessary for accomplishment of the mobilization order in the respective sphere, for forming of the nomenclature and amounts of storage of material values of the state material reserve regarding mobilization reserve;
