About modification of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About weapon"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About weapon" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 11, the Art. 448) the following change:

"Article 6. Award weapon

Award weapon are recognized:

- dirk;

- checker or saber;

- short-barreled cut gun;

- hunting firearms;

- the faces of officers which especially caused a stir in office and fighting activities being in the service in Armed Forces, law enforcement agencies and the state militarized departments of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- for the made special contribution to development of statehood and strengthening of safety of the Kyrgyz Republic the state and public figures of the Kyrgyz Republic and foreign states.

Rewarding with personalized award weapon is performed no more once by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, the order of Toraga of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic with the consent of Coordination council of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Rewarding with personalized award weapon one and more time is performed by the order of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Heads of authorized state bodies in spheres of defense, internal affairs, homeland security, protection of frontier and other state paramilitary organizations perform rewarding with dirk, checker or saber.".

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
