2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the List of the authorized bodies having the right to conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship" of September 29, 2023 No. 516 the following changes:

in appendix to the above-stated resolution:

- state Item 9 in the following edition:

"9. Service of veterinary and phytosanitary supervision under the Ministry of water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.";

- add with Item 18 of the following content:

"18. Ministry of science, the higher education and innovations of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

3. Send this resolution for consideration in Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic for approval.
