CODE OF HONOUR OF THE JUDGE OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

Article 1. The judge of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further in the text - the judge) in any situation shall be faithful to the oath.

Article 2. Above all for the judge the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan is. When implementing the constitutional control the judge is guided only by requirements of the Constitution. Judges of the Constitutional court, making the decision, express the legal point of view, being guided by the conscience, free from reflections about "higher justice", practical feasibility, political bent and other external impacts.

The judge all the activities and behavior shall promote forming at officials and citizens of feeling of respect for the Constitution and to set example of law-abiding.

Article 3. Always and everywhere the judge shall behave so that to approve confidence in impartiality and independence of the Constitutional court in society.

Accomplishment of the office debt shall have for the judge the prevailing value over all other occupations. The judge shall be free from influence of others opinion, from concerns before critical evaluation of its activities whatever it was for it adverse.

Article 4. The judge has no right to use the provision for the purpose of satisfaction of interests somebody contrary to requirements of the Constitution.
