About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 118/2017

No. 1-6, 22) and the subitem 11) Item 9 of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Finance approved by the Order of the Government No. 696/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 329, the Art. 801), and according to regulations of Item 3 of the Order of the Government No. 294/1998 on accomplishment of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Moldova No. 406/1997 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, 288) I ORDER to Art. No. 30-33:

In the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 118/2017 of on approval of standard form of the source document of the strict reporting "Tax delivery note" and Instructions for its filling (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 340-351, 1750) to make the following changes:

1. In appendix No. 1 in the line 8 "Route sheet" of standard form to exclude the text "series".

2. In appendix No. 2:

1) In Item 9:

a) after words "Tax code" to add with the words "and this order";

b) add with the text of the following content: "In case of cession of property, rendering services, free provision of other prizes within the advertizing campaigns to physical persons citizens the statement of tax delivery note by suppliers is not obligatory, it is written out only at the request of physical person.".

2) In the subitem 9) of Item 11 to exclude the text "series".
