About modification of the Regulations on investment services and activities approved by the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 49/3/2015

1. In the Regulations on investment services and activities approved by the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 49/3/2015 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, No. 324 - 329, to the Art. 2295) registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 1076 of November 20, 2015 to make the following changes:

1.1. add Item 2 with the subitem 5) of the following content:

"5) investment consultants.";

1.2. item 4:

1.2.1. add with subitem 1-1) of the following content:

"1-1) Investment consulting - the personal recommendation made to the client in connection with one or several transactions with financial instruments;";

1.2.2. add with subitem 2-1) of the following content:

"2-1) Service provision agreement the investment consultant - any services provided by the investment consultant to the client in connection with financial investments, performed according to article 37-1 of the Law on the capital market including without limitation consultations concerning acquisition, sales or deduction of certain financial assets, market research, risks assessment, determination of investment opportunities, etc.;";

1.2.3. add with subitem 9-1) of the following content:

"9-1) Digital signature - the qualified digital signature as it is determined in the Law on electronic identification and confidential services No. 124/2022;";
