In recent years in our country system work in the field of enhancement of system of execution of court resolutions and acts of other bodies was carried out.
At the same time for the purpose of ensuring legitimate interests of persons for benefit of which the judgment is made and also unconditional execution of judgments, it is necessary to implement institute of providing the claim at stage of execution of judgments.
This Law brings regulations in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About execution of court resolutions and acts of other bodies", the providing obligation fulfillments on court resolution of property nature by money transfer into the deposit account of body of forced execution, that is by introduction of warranty means on enforcement proceeding.
At the same time it is provided that introduction of warranty means on execution is the basis for suspension of enforcement proceeding and cancellation of the restrictions applied concerning the debtor and his property.
This Law will serve ensuring legitimate interests of persons for benefit of which the judgment, and also to ensuring unconditional execution of judgments is made.
