In recent years in our country number of the legal acts aimed at providing reliable protection of human rights and freedoms, immunity of his private life, personal and family secret, honor and advantage are accepted.
Now carrying out the closed judicial sessions is provided in Procedure Codes. At the same time measures of responsibility for disclosure of the data which became known in the course of such meetings are not provided. With respect thereto there is need of implementation of criminal liability for disclosure of data and details of trial of the closed judicial session.
This Law makes changes and additions to some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan providing establishment of criminal liability for disclosure of data and details of trial of the closed judicial session without leave of court by persons participating in the closed judicial session to whom the obligation on nondisclosure is assigned.
This Law serves further strengthening of guarantees of protection of the rights and personal freedoms in legal procedures, and also to prevention of disclosure of data and details of trial of the closed judicial session.
