About introduction of amendments to the Law on some measures of support of farmers in connection with drought of 2024 No. 240/2024
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on some measures of support of farmers in connection with drought of 2024 No. 240/2024 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 400-401, 613) to make the following changes:
1. In Article 3:
in Item and) shall be replaced with words the words "since September 1, 2023" "since September 1, 2022";

2. State Article 4 in the following edition:
"Art. 4. - Concerning stipulated in Article 3 debtors from the date of entry into force of this law and till October 31, 2025 the obligation on payment of overdue debt, irrespective of the date of its origin formed about day of entry into force of this law, and also the fees/payments following from transactions with creditors, due for settlement till October 31, 2025 stops by right.".
3. In Article 6 of the word "In 30-day Time from the date of Entry Into Force of This Law" shall be replaced with words "Till February 28, 2025", words "Items a) and b)" shall be replaced with words "Items a) - c)".
4. State Articles 7 and 12 in the following edition:
"Art. 7. - The debts and payments suspended according to this law are not reflected in bureau of credit histories as overdue debt during operation of this law and can be reviewed together with creditors.";
