Item 1 of Article 3 to add 1) with subitem 2.6 of the following content:

"2. 6) persons concluding in the period from October 1, 2022 to September 1, 2023 the agreements (which had other legal relationship) with the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation and the carrying-out tasks as a part of special divisions of military units during the special military operation;";

Article 4 to add 2) with the subitem 12 of the following content:

"12) persons signing in the period from October 1, 2022 to September 1, 2023 the agreements (which had other legal relationship) with the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation carrying out the tasks as a part of special divisions of military units during the special military operation which became disabled people owing to wound, contusions, mutilations or diseases got in connection with fulfillment of duties on accomplishment of the specified tasks.";

3) in Article 23.1:

a) in Item 7 of the word "2.2 - 2.4 Items 1" shall be replaced with words "2.2 - 2.6 Items 1";
