About the list, amounts and procedure for commodity importation which are used for construction and productive activity of the companies for production of cars and components to them and are not assessed with tax during their import to customs area of Ukraine
For the purpose of implementation of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine of rather state support of the automobile building industry of Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the inventory (including vehicle sets) which are used for construction and productive activity of the companies for production of cars and components to them, during import (transfer) of which to customs area of Ukraine during the period till January 1, 2008 are not collected import duty and the value added tax if such goods are not made by the companies in the territory of Ukraine (further - goods) which is attached.
2. Authorize the Ministry of industrial policy to approve commodity importation amounts (including vehicle sets) on customs area of Ukraine and to provide the relevant information to bodies of the State Customs Service and the State Tax Service in the terms coordinated with them.
To the State Customs Service to perform in accordance with the established procedure customs clearance of goods and to provide information on this matter to bodies of the State Tax Service for the location of the import company which makes cars and components to them.
To bodies of the State Tax Service to establish control of target use of the imported goods.
3. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 26, 1998 N89 "About Procedure for Import and Amounts of Goods Which Are Used for Construction and Productive Activity of the Companies for Production of Cars and Spare Parts to Them and Are Not Assessed with Tax during Their Import to Customs Area of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, N 5, the Art. 176);
Item of 60 changes which are made to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, N1336 "About Introduction of Amendments to Some Acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning Activities of the State Tax Service" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 25, 1998 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, N 34, by the Art. 1277).
