Bring in the Federal Law of January 8, 1998 No. 3-FZ "About drugs and psychotropic substances" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 2, Art. 219; 2007, No. 30, Art. 3748; 2011, No. 25, Art. 3532; 2013, No. 48, Art. 6165; 2015, No. 1, Art. 54; 2016, No. 1, Art. 28; 2019, No. 27, Art. 3533) following changes:

1) in Article 14:

a) to add Item 1 after figures "36" with the words "and 36.2";

b) to add Item 2 after figures "36" with the words "and 36.2";

Item 1 of Article 20 to add 2) with words "if other is not provided by this Federal Law";

Item 1 of Article 21 to add 3) with words "if other is not provided by this Federal Law";

Article 23 to add 4) with words "if other is not provided by this Federal Law";

To add 5) with Article 36.2 of the following content:

"Article 36.2. Features of drug trafficking and psychotropic substances for the purpose of training of animals for search of drugs and psychotropic substances

1. Storage, transportation, leave and use of drugs and psychotropic substances for the purpose of training of animals for search of drugs and psychotropic substances, destruction of the drugs used for present purposes and psychotropic substances in bodies of the Federal Security Service, law-enforcement bodies, customs authorities, organizations and bodies of criminal executive system of the Russian Federation are performed without license according to the procedure, established by regulatory legal acts of the corresponding federal executive bodies.
