Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the non-tax income (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2018, Art. No. 7-8, 490) the following change:
to state paragraph two of part 3 of Article 140 in the following edition:
"The state fee collected by the notary is paid in day of making of notarial action and issue of the documents having legal value.".
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
