About modification of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the non-tax income

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the non-tax income (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2018, Art. No. 7-8, 490) the following change:
to state Item 18 of part 1 of Article 141 in the following edition:
"18) non-profit and public organizations of persons with limited opportunities of health, their organization, the industrial practice companies and associations, persons with limited opportunities of health I, II and III groups, and also parents and guardians of children with limited opportunities of health - in all claims made in court;".
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
